October's Very Own offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all collaboration releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit the OVO Online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Ship the Item
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
